LINK-MINT rigid chain
Rigid chain of heavy lifting system
LINK-LIFT
Heavy lifting system
Link-Mint LinkLift is an electromechanical telescopic actuator designed for vertical movement of heavy objects using rigid chain technology. Link-Mint LinkLift is suitable for lifting heavy objects in industrial and landscape equipment, as well as moving structural components in the construction industry.
Link-Mint LinkLift is essentially composed of a chain driven from its horizontal storage position to its vertical operating position. This chain has special links: they are blocky and have a square cross-section. Their design ensures that their center of gravity is always at their geometric center.
The vertical guide rails inside the drive housing support the connecting rods and ensure that they are correctly aligned and locked. The lifting system uses a load guidance system and requires it to be installed on a wall or equipped with a scissor type lifting platform. The brake is used to secure the system in place.
As a chain, LinkLift can also keep the load under traction. This is particularly advantageous when the system is subjected to external dynamic loads, such as on cruise ships or in seismic hazard areas. The platform is always firmly fixed on the ground. The eccentric load moving on the platform will never affect the stability of the system during operation.
mechanical properties
LinkLift is a series of links with special shapes that are interlocked to form a rigid lifting column to withstand a certain load.
Scalability
The lifting chain in a static environment is very flexible, can change direction, can be coiled, and can be effectively stored.
Firm, stable, and reliable
The entire link is a block with a square cross-section, and the center of gravity happens to be the center of the geometry. When these chains are aligned and interlocked, they will form a rigid lifting column with super stability.
benefit
Mute: 45 dBA at 50 mm/sec. Combined with silent motorization, this advantage makes it possible to transmit with extremely low noise limits during performances.
Precision: Due to precision cutting technology, the manufacturing accuracy of the connecting rod cheek plate has reached 1/100 mm, widely used in the automotive industry. This accuracy ensures millimeter positioning.
Speed: From 0 to 300 millimeters per second.
Low maintenance: LinkLift's simple mechanical design makes it a reliable system that requires minimal maintenance.
Reliability: The chain/chain sequence cannot be deformed. The system has the fewest slow rotating components. If installed according to the recommended route, there is no need for specialized debugging.
Safety: The chain can apply both thrust and dynamic tension, ensuring movement regardless of the flexibility and position of the load on the platform. In case of accidental manual impact, the quality and thickness of the steel used will prevent the parts from warping. Under normal operating conditions, the chain can be unlocked.
application area
The latest use in the event industry is for platforms or stages for orchestras, as well as for creating modular areas (theater environments, auditoriums, concert halls, opera houses, cruise ships, etc.), service elevators, and lift platforms for truck elevators. In the architectural world, LinkLift can vertically move structural components, sills, walls, roofs, or stadium seats, and can also be used for automatic parking systems.
In the industrial field, Link-Mint LinkLift is used to lift work platforms, precision elevator platforms, service elevators, and truck elevators at production sites and factories, and benefits from special treatments tailored to the limitations of these uses.
Four main characteristics:
Complete product series: LinkLift's product series of different models will meet your different specification requirements. The maximum dynamic load of each rigid column in the standard series is 100 kN, and the maximum stroke is 7 meters. After simple configuration, the travel can reach up to 20 meters.
Security: The LinkLift series meets all safety standards issued by the entertainment industry. At the same time, it can also withstand additional pulling forces, such as earthquakes and marine environments - making it the preferred platform lifting system for offshore yachts.
Reliability and lifespan: The LinkLift series benefits from these experiences, ensuring a long lifespan and low maintenance costs.
Speed and noise: The motion of the chain depends on the rotation of the input shaft, resulting in various speeds. The slow rotational motion gives it outstanding acoustic characteristics. The standard speed is up to 200mm/s.
